Ecommerce Sales Manager

Please see the list below for a detailed job description. • Work cross-functionally with distribution and ecommerce platforms such as Amazon to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements, and help drive the ecommerce road map forward, • Maintain and manage catalog to ensure all products are set up correctly, • Partner with creative and brand marketing teams to ensure brand and product information is optimized for conversion rate, inclusive of enhanced brand content creation, product descriptions & imagery, • Develop innovative processes to efficiently create B2C targeted content from a variety of internal and external sources, • Handle daily operational activities such as Online order processing and fulfillment and requests from businesses and clients that impact sales on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms, • Coordinate the involvement of management, marketing team, IT and other company personnel to meet account performance objectives and consumer expectations, • Maintain intelligence between eCommerce and distribution partner as well as manage sales strategy such as promotion and advertising, • Assist in execution of full cycle marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and analytics (understanding of analytics, job does not require implementation of analytics), • Develop customer insights to use to improve the e-commerce business, • Find customer insights in e-commerce data to share with product marketing to improve products and/or sales in all channels, • Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes, • Perform other duties as assigned, Requirements • Excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, • Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals with a minimum of direction, • Demonstrated technical skills required for the preparation of professional and effective sales presentations, • Excellent MS Office skills, • Solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite, Thank you.
