eCommerce Specialist - Social Media Manager

Must have reliable transportation. 40 hours per week. • Possess positive attitude and is outgoing • Extremely self-motivated • Great work ethic, proactive • Intuitive, teachable, and organized • Open to a creative, shared workplace that is growing quickly and exploring new ideas daily • Good communication skills (written + verbal) • Ability to work closely with a very tight-knit team in a very fast paced environment RESPONSIBILITIES Duties may include, but are not limited to: • Formatting and reformatting social media post • Entering information into pre-made design templates for post • Assisting with marketing and customer communications • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience • Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Optimizing user funnels • Evaluating emerging technologies and adoption REQUIREMENTS • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Shopify, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign • Understanding of typography, balance and color • Available to work overtime as needed • Proficient on software products like Adobe Creative Suite (primarily AI and PS)
