Working alongside experienced professionals across multiple disciplines, you’ll help:Review and refine editorial content before publication, ensuring every piece meets our standards for quality, clarity and credibilityRecommend the most effective distribution strategy for each article, announcement and thought leadership pieceCultivate relationships with digital editors, journalists, publishers, podcast hosts, industry organizations and other influential voicesCoordinate media outreach, article placements, editorial calendars and publication schedulesWork with the in-house media team on new opportunities for earned media, strategic partnerships and industry visibilityCollaborate with writers, designers, digital strategists, developers and leadership to continuously improve how our clients build authoritySupport public relations and thought leadership initiatives for Cotton & Company while helping develop a revolutionary new communications model for the futureJob Requirements:Naturally curious, and you enjoy writing, editing and making ideas betterYou like connecting people, discovering opportunities and building relationshipsOrganized enough to manage multiple projects without losing sight of the detailsExcited by technology, while understanding that relationships, credibility and great storytelling remain at the center of effective communicationsEnergized by the opportunity to help build something new instead of simply maintaining what’s already been createdYou’ll work directly with experienced leaders who are actively rethinking the future of marketing, alongside a multidisciplinary team of strategists, writers, designers, marketers and technologists who believe the communications industry is entering a period of profound transformation.
