You will accelerate the growth, innovation and transformation of our advertising business by: Lead an entrepreneurial agency partnerships team Oversee their media agencies, building senior level commercial relationships, agency agreements, trainings, integrations, and custom partnership opportunities in service of delivering EA's advertising revenues Year-over-year Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting process in collaboration with Finance, Revenue Strategy and Product teams Build a pipeline of opportunities across the EA portfolio using agency partnership and brand relationships Partner with A&S Insights to drive change throughout the organization to support inventory adoption and expanding the A&S footprint Oversee inventory and package pricing over product and service life cycle to maximize revenue whilst maintaining long-term customer value perception for our agencies Lead change and process improvement when new opportunities arise in this rapidly evolving industry space Your Qualifications 10+ years experience leading diverse sales and partnership teams Experience establishing and growing new business from inventory development, packaging, and execution Experience managing enterprise advertising sales teams Experience collaborating with advertising technology teams Comfortable managing and working with distributed/remote teams Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting.
