We're looking for a Director of Marketing and Sales to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives while supporting business development and sales efforts in collaboration with the CEO. We specialize in providing customizable, private concierge health and wellness services to clients in the Western United States, primarily C-suite decision-makers in self-insured and captive organizations with over 500 employees.If you're a strategic marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to drive brand impact while supporting business growth, this role is for you.What You'll Own & LeadMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute internal and external marketing strategies that align with Elite's growth objectives. I commit to striving for excellence in all aspects of my workday.Be Elite - I am loyal, dependable, and committed.What You Need to Succeed & Minimum RequirementsTo thrive in this role, you should be a marketing leader who can:Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen Elite's brand, generate leads, and support business development.Work closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies and support business development efforts.Own marketing, branding, and proposal development efforts.You’ll need:5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare.Proven ability to develop and execute branding, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.Strong writing skills for marketing content, proposals, and RFPs.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).Background in corporate wellness or self-insured employer solutions (preferred).The Tools for Your SuccessElite is committed to supporting your success.
