Key responsibilities Manage and execute monthly email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely launches and alignment with marketing goals Collaborate with the marketing manager to optimize automated email and SMS journeys based on performance data Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, email, SMS, or digital marketing Proficiency in Klaviyo, including campaign execution, flows, segmentation, and reporting Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and derive actionable insights Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in campaign reviews and customer communications
