Drive Email Success Responsibilities: • Warm up cold prospects and guide them through targeted nurture journeys • Build and optimize email drip sequences based on engagement data • Monitor deliverability metrics and proactively fix issues • Maintain list hygiene and uphold strong opt-in practices • Implement authentication protocols like SPF DKIM and DMARC • Stay current with deliverability best practices and regulations • Run A/B tests to refine subject lines content and sending strategies Role Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Computer Science or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience in email marketing ideally with a focus on cold outreach • Strong track record managing cold email campaigns across multiple ESPs • Excellent written communication skills • Deep expertise in deliverability tools ESPs and email authentication protocols • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks • Experience managing list hygiene segmentation and targeting strategies • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action • Strong troubleshooting skills
