Email Marketing Assistant - Remote

We are seeking a motivated and high- performing Email Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team at the Institute of Reading Development. This position is responsible for producing email assets for marketing email campaigns, including building, and modifying email templates, and adding templates to programs in Acoustic and Mail Chimp email platforms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of email marketing functions and familiarity with email marketing platforms. Essential Functions and Duties: • Assist in building and vetting Acoustic and Mail Chimp automated emails and programs • Ensure campaign success by monitoring eligible vs sends for follow-ups and marketing emails by comparing daily sent counts against CRM advanced finds • Provide projected counts to Management team for upcoming campaign sends • Post daily open rates for Management team twice daily • Identify and communicate email issues to the Marketing team and assist in investigation • Collect and report data for unsubscribe, deliverability reports, open rates, etc.
