Key Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns throughout the prospective customer/student journey. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRMs, segmentation tools, and reporting dashboards to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates. • Proficiency in CRMs, automation tools, and list hygiene practices. • Hands-on experience with SMS marketing and conversational automation. • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
