This role is responsible for leading customer recruitment and retention strategies across company-owned websites in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and EU. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifetime value drivers, and the use of paid and owned media channels—including email, SMS, and social—to maximize recruitment and retention. • Create and execute an annual communications calendar that aligns with major cross-functional initiatives such as product launches and marketing campaigns.
