Job Location: Philadelphia, USA

You will be helping a client of our Media & Telecom practice. You will oversee end-to-end email marketing campaigns, act as the primary point of contact and manage stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning & Prioritization of email marketing strategies, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, and optimization Serve as the main Point of Contact for all email marketing effortsManage Stakeholder and Client Relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of project milestones.Collaborate with and drive alignment across large cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of campaigns.Oversee the technical execution of various email campaigns, including the template designs, unsubscribe management, etc.,Provide Hands-on Support in EST hours, ensuring collaboration across global teams using Oracle Eloqua for campaign automation and executionUse Data and Metrics to drive improvements in campaignsStay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email.Must-Have Skills:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data analytics, Engineering or any other related field7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience2+ years of Email marketing agency experience, providing hands-on support for client-driven email marketing campaigns.Experience in Eloqua required, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics a plusExcellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metricsSkilled at cultivating relationships with internal and external partners and cross-functional teamsProven ability working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple collaborators and concurrent programsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organizational and project management skillsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
