You'll be the strategic mind behind conversion rate optimisation, identifying gaps, building new strategies, and executing campaigns that move the needle. You'll work with in platforms like Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Customer.io, Google Analytics, Hun Spot, Mixpanel, Shopify, and others, getting your hands dirty with the configuration and optimisation that makes campaigns work.We need someone who brings fresh ideas to the table. You'll be their trusted advisor, the person they turn to when they need to understand what's possible and how to make it happen.What We're Looking ForProven experience in conversion rate optimisation for app and ecommerce productsStrong technical expertise with marketing and analytics platforms, you can set up events, configure tracking, build automations, and troubleshoot when things breakExperience guiding clients through technical implementation and providing ongoing platform supportDemonstrated ability to write effective customer communications that drive actionA proactive mindset - you don't wait to be told there's a problem; you find it and fix itComfort using AI tools to enhance efficiency, ideation, and creative outputStrategic thinking combined with hands-on technical execution skillsConfidence presenting to and advising clients, including training them on platform capabilitiesA track record of identifying gaps in strategy and technical setup, then filling them with measurable resultsUnderstanding of how top-of-funnel acquisition impacts mid-funnel performance and audience qualityStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with media buying and strategy teamsDeep analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in user behaviour and translate them into actionable insights across the funnelCuriosity and a hunger to test, learn, and innovateWhy FavouredThis is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you're most productive.
