EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST

This is an incredibly exciting time to join the digital marketing team. As the Email Marketing Specialist, you would be responsible for helping to coordinate the email marketing calendar and asset delivery process with various business partners and vendors, assisting on email targeting and data requests, analyzing email performance and pulling reports, as well as helping to provide email solutions on ad hoc projects and requests. Using the email channel, our focus is to deepen and maintain customer engagement, as well as drive revenue by using data-driven analytics and engaging, personalized content.Primary Responsibilities:• Manage the day to day email marketing calendar, including asset coordination, QA and development of all email campaigns• Maintain relationships and direct coordination with various internal departments, including Merchandising, Creative, Brand and Ecommerce and Store Operations teams• Partner with internal BI team to automate key metric reporting needs and leverage this data to provide insight and inform strategic decisions• Leverage data and email personalization tools to automate personalization at scale• Lead email marketing testing strategy, testing variables like frequency, subject lines, copy, layouts, and more to drive engagement and conversion• Manage and develop automated & triggered email campaigns journeys• Ensure all messages conform to GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other legal or compliance requirements• Assist with list management of all customer data within the database to include opt-out management, hard bounce management, and related unsubscribe processesPosition Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience• Knowledge of Cheetah Digital preferred, or similar Email Service Provider• Experience in retail industry a plus• Self-starter who must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment• Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously• Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in work• Be able to work cross-functionally with both internal and external vendors and departments to drive collaboration and manage successful outcomes• Exceptional written and oral communication skills• Excellent understanding of email execution concepts and metrics; deliver-ability; best practices• Strong understanding of data management and data exchange conceptsSPARC Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
