Key Responsibilities: • Create and execute engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements • Collaborate with product teams to develop high-quality content • Build and manage email templates, landing pages, and nurture flows • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and engagement • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and industry best practices • Manage accurate email lists to support deliverability and personalization • Monitor key email/web metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions, sign-ups) • Analyze performance and provide actionable reports to stakeholders Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, BenchmarkONE) • Strong copywriting and content development skills • Experience using CMS tools and Google Analytics • Deep understanding of email best practices and audience targeting • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills • Must be detail-oriented and proactive Details: • 6-month contract based in St. Louis, MO • 2 days/week remote flexibility • Potential for extension or conversion • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
