Email And Retention Marketing Specialist We're looking for an Email And Retention Marketing Specialist who plays an integral role on the client team by executing calendar campaigns and flow work accurately and proactively on several Retention Marketing clients. As the Retention Marketing Specialist, you'll be primarily responsible for the project managing, building and scheduling of email campaigns and flow emails, including creative brief writing, HTML coding and hands-on execution in the email platform (Klaviyo) on behalf of our Retention Marketing clients and owning email production process from start to finish. You'll coordinate with the design team to make sure the email campaigns are being executed based on the email briefs you develop and timelines are met for each campaign Has 2+ years of experience in retention marketing (email, sms, loyalty programs, etc.).
