Because when our team thrives, so do our clients.The Role ABOUT THE ROLE: Email & SMS Account Manager – eCommerce Focus We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and confident Email & SMS Account Manager who can lead with vision, manage complex client portfolios, and bring creative firepower to every campaign.This is not a junior or execution-only role. We value Account Managers who think strategically and act decisively.You must be comfortable juggling multiple clients without sacrificing quality, missing deadlines, or compromising brand integrity.Your Core ResponsibilitiesLead client communication with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight — you are the face of our retention strategy for each account.Develop creative, non-basic campaign concepts that align with each brand's voice, goals, and customer journey — ideation is as critical as execution.Guide your team of designers and collaborate with copywriters to produce error-free, on-brand, conversion-driven content.Own retention performance — build and manage advanced email and SMS flows, campaign calendars, and data-backed optimizations.Conduct ongoing account audits to identify segmentation, automation, and A/B testing opportunities.Translate metrics (CTR, CVR, RPR, LTV) into actionable, digestible client insights that drive decision-making.Proactively manage timelines, resources, and internal collaboration — you never drop a deadline.Ensure consistent QA and brand alignment across all creative assets — from email layout to SMS tone.Stay ahead of industry trends and continually bring fresh, innovative campaign ideas to your team and clients.This role is perfect forExperienced email & SMS marketers who want to own retention strategy without being buried in busyworkStrategic doers who can manage multiple eCommerce accounts with confidence and clarityCreatives who love building customer journeys that drive revenue and deepen brand loyaltyCommunicators who thrive in client-facing roles and know how to translate data into insightQualifications (Required — No Exceptions)1+ years of comprehensive eCommerce retention marketing experience (not limited to freelance or assistant roles).Proven ability to manage 8–10 client accounts simultaneously and guide a small creative team with minimal oversight, while maintaining high-quality output.Prior experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs at an advanced level.Strong portfolio of full-funnel email and SMS campaigns — from ideation to performance analysis.Strategic thinker with a bias for creativity and performance — you're not here to do the obvious.Confident, proactive communicator who can simplify complex data and strategies into clear client communication.Ob…
