Who We Are: Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in retention marketing for DTC e-commerce brands • Deep knowledge of Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, reporting, A/B testing) • Experience with Shopify, especially as it relates to promotional merchandising and customer journeys • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, LTV, and key retention metrics • Confident in using performance data to make strategic recommendations • Familiarity with TCPA/GDPR compliance in SMS and email marketing • Basic understanding of HTML and email design best practices is a plus • Strategic thinker with a get-it-done mentality • Collaborative and communicative across cross-functional teams • Curious about customer behavior and committed to continuous improvement • Passion for e-commerce and emerging retention tools/tactics • Passion for a healthy, active lifestyle Authenticity: We do what we say.
