• Manage the paid media budget allocation across different platforms based on the marketing goals, objectives and consumer segments. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in email/CRM and paid marketing or a related field. • Strong understanding of CRM and consumer engagement best practices across multiple platforms. • Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs). • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques for email, mobile and paid media campaigns.
