This role is responsible for building and maintaining community relationships, supporting outreach and engagement efforts, creating and managing local social media content, documenting stories of impact, and ensuring marketing and engagement activities align with Encircle’s mission, brand standards, and operational expectations. The Engagement & Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Program Director, Digital Marketing Manager (DMM), Development team, and other organizational partners to support community engagement goals, local campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and awareness efforts. This is a part time position with 20 hours per week. Maintain organized and accurate records related to outreach efforts, engagement activities, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships. Ability to build welcoming and authentic community relationships that support guest engagement and awareness of services.
