This role is different. If you know how to navigate a media agency, build a CPM proposal, and close a six-figure buy, we want to talk.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Prospect, pitch, and close regional and national advertising accounts through a consultative, CPM-based sales approach.• Build and present compelling media proposals to brand marketing teams, regional managers, and advertising agencies.• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring strong retention through regular communication and performance reviews.• Package our digital inventory — including mobile app/web banner placements, pre-roll video, and push notifications — into geo-targeted and audience-based buys.• Develop territory strategies for state-level buys, regional campaigns, or full national rollouts.• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, packaging, and new inventory development.• Track pipeline and activity in CRM; consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.• Represent Mascot Media at industry events and with agency partners as needed.WHO YOU ARE• A proven digital media seller: You have 3+ years of digital advertising or media sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota.• CPM-fluent.
