Entry Level Assistant -For Real Estate/Sales Departments

IN OFFICE -M/F 9 am to 5 pm RED STAR OUTDOOR ADVERTISING is searching to fill an ENTRY LEVEL TEAM MEMBER/general office assistant, which includes assisting the Sales, Real Estate and Accounting Departments. Who you are: New college graduate or equivalent, for assisting the day-to-day activity of a small outdoor advertising (Billboard Advertising) company in River North. MUST HAVE GOOD FOLLOW UP SKILLS AND MUST BE ORGANIZED. Job Responsibilities: -Assisting the office staff, completing excel spreadsheets, product orders, marketing materials, scheduling, etc. -Assisting in Real Estate research information from public records and other sources -Assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, AP, AR -Answering phones -Business and personal travel arrangements -Assisting with the sales department/Real Estate Department -Taking pictures of billboards for clients A.R.
