Job Overview MAD Events is seeking an Entry Level Brand Ambassador to represent client products during live retail events. This role focuses on in-store customer engagement, product demonstrations, and brand awareness through direct, face-to-face interaction. Duties • Greet and interact with customers at live in-store events • Share general information about on-site activities • Support event setup, organization, and breakdown • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event area • Follow event guidelines and professionalism standards • Communicate with team members and on-site supervisors Experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong verbal communication skills • Friendly, professional, and reliable • Comfortable working in public, fast-paced environments • Reliable transportation to local event locations • No prior experience required, training is provided Work Environment • In-person role at community events, indoor venues, and public event locations.
