Entry Level Customer Associate

We're growing our team and looking for a motivated Entry Level Customer Associate to support customer outreach, enrollment assistance, and account support efforts. This is a full-time, in-person position that offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, communication, sales support, and telecommunications services.

As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, assist with enrollments, and help individuals understand available service options. What You'll Be Doing

Meet directly with customers in assigned locations
Explain available service options, program benefits, and account features
Assist customers with enrollments, applications, activations, and account setup
Answer questions and provide helpful customer support throughout the process
Verify customer information and maintain accurate account records
Build positive customer relationships through professionalism and communication
Track daily activity, customer interactions, and completed enrollments
Contribute to daily performance goals and team objectives
