Entry Level Events Associate

Position Overview

MAD Events is hiring an enthusiastic Entry Level Events Associate to join our growing Charlotte team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing event spaces before scheduled activities.
Help organize event materials, displays, and designated areas.
Welcome attendees and provide general event information.
Assist with guest check-in and participation activities when needed.
Support the coordination of on-site event activities.
Assist with event setup and breakdown.
Follow event schedules, instructions, and company procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in events, hospitality, or customer service.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, organized, and punctual.
Ability to work well within a team.
Comfortable standing and moving around during events.

Pay: $25.73 - $30.99 per hour
