Entry Level Marketing

Position Overview
Welcome to The Bizarre Agency. We’ve recently partnered with a major new nonprofit client in Miami and are building 2–3 high-performance marketing teams around top local talent. This entry‑level role is designed for rapid growth—with the potential to be internally trained into a Managing Director position within 12 months. Working in Miami’s fast-paced environment, you will help drive our nonprofit clients’ missions while developing your leadership skills.

We’re especially interested in candidates with a background in hospitality or strong customer-service experience, as these skills ensure clear communication, composure under pressure, and the ability to build genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and lead face-to-face marketing presentations on behalf of our nonprofit clients
Provide daily performance updates to team leads and weekly KPI reports to account managers
Build and manage strong community and site relationships across Miami-Dade
Travel for networking events every 2–3 months
Conduct monthly team presentations to track progress and performance
Stay up to date with client initiatives and campaign changes
Prepare local market research prior to new events
Suggest new revenue and outreach opportunities tailored to Miami communities

Required Qualifications

Hospitality background or strong customer-service experience
Passionate about the causes and communities we represent
Values integrity and professionalism
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse Miami demographics
Competitive, energetic, and excited about leadership opportunities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
Local to Miami or able to relocate within 2–3 weeks

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required)
