Position Overview

At InnoVision Marketing Group (IMG), proudly known as The Anti-Agency®, we are a full-service marketing and advertising agency headquartered in San Diego and one of the region’s largest organizations of its kind. We are consistently looking for strong, entry-level talent to join our team. This posting represents multiple entry-level roles across areas such as operations, traffic, public relations, account services, and social media. Location: San Diego, CA | In-Office

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.64 (Final compensation will be determined in a formal offer)

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operations within your assigned department
Assist with coordination, scheduling, documentation, and execution
Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
Manage tasks, deadlines, and details accurately
Learn IMG systems, standards, and workflows
Contribute positively to team momentum and culture

Required Qualifications

Entry-level candidates or early-career professionals; relevant internship, coursework, or professional experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, professional interaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take direction
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through
Coachability, organization, time management, and a positive, team-first attitude
Curiosity, initiative, calmness under pressure, pride in one’s work, and high integrity
