Responsibilities:

As a Entry Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll support client-facing campaigns while developing practical skills in communication, strategy, and revenue growth:

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns for local business clients
Participate in on-site client consultations, identifying business needs and recommending customized solutions
Support the sales team with proposal preparation, follow-ups, and deal tracking
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Track campaign performance, update CRM data, and manage scheduling and reporting
Help organize events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives
Collaborate with senior team members and contribute creative ideas for client acquisition and retention

What We’re Looking For

Must be 18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation (this is an on-site role in Cleveland, OH )
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and eagerness to learn
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Professional, outgoing, and comfortable in client-facing environments
Previous experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
