Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistant

As an Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will help support marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and client relationship-building efforts: Assist with planning, coordinating, and carrying out marketing and sales campaigns for local clients Take part in in-person client interactions to better understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions Provide support to the sales team with follow-ups, proposals, progress tracking, and general administrative tasks Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication Complete basic market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities Keep accurate records using internal systems and assist with scheduling and reporting Help coordinate promotional events, outreach activities, and local brand initiatives Work closely with team members to share ideas that improve campaign results and client engagement Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to work on-site in Detroit, MI Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive mindset and eagerness to learn Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with a team and engaging with clients face-to-face Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in marketing and sales while growing with a company that values teamwork, performance, and professional growth.
