### What You’ll Do

As a marketing and management trainee, you’ll work with our team to:

* **Execute marketing campaigns** and support client projects from start to finish
* **Implement marketing plans,** including campaign strategy and market insights
* **Handle branding, advertising, trade shows, company events,** and promotional materials
* **Build relationships** with business owners and customers face to face
* **Deliver customer service** and help retain business accounts
* **Coordinate projects** to keep campaigns on track and successful
* **Learn team building,** from creating a team identity to hitting goals together
