Job Summary: You may be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of your event, including creating your pitch, interacting with customers and the public, and answering questions about the nonprofit. Benefits • Health Insurance • Sales, Marketing, and Public Speaking Training • Uncapped Earning Potential • Extensive training in nonprofit sales and fundraising techniques • Fast promotions • Professional management, business, and development assistance • Audio, online, and other free learning platforms offered to employees • Perks-at-work Employee Benefit Reward Program • Company trips • Gas Stipend • Ability to travel internationally for our annual retreat Duties • Use communication skills to generate interest in our client's mission, leading to sales or donations • Educate the public about the nonprofit, its mission, and why it's worthy of their support • Contribute to meeting fundraising targets to support charitable endeavors • Manage on-site logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient event flow • Ensure all equipment, signage, and supplies are organized and readily available • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and helping as needed • Advocate for the nonprofit and its cause • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to create a positive brand experience • Collect feedback and insights from customers to inform future event improvements • Effectively communicate our clients' brand messages and value propositions to event attendees • Distribute promotional materials and encourage participation in brand-related activities • Foster a strong brand presence and loyalty among customers • Maintain a database of interactions, donations, and clients • Track and report sales and donation data accurately • Collaborate with a team of similarly driven and ambitious people • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on event goals and details • Establish and manage your daily events, ensuring completion of tasks, set up, venue logistics, etc. • Promote partnerships and foster public relations beneficial to our clients • Comply with all Federal, State, and local safety regulations, laws, and client policies • Ensure compliance with all training materials • Maintain the integrity and confidence of all donors in the charity, our organization, and yourself • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred) • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus but not required • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules dictate • Commitment to our mission of supporting charitable causes • This is a traveling position.
