Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This role supports internal marketing operations by assisting with campaign coordination, client communication, and administrative marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives.
Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks related to marketing activities.
Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address general inquiries.
Maintain and update campaign documentation, reports, and internal marketing files.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal reviews or client meetings.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
