Entry-Level Marketing Trainee – Immediate Start We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals who are ready to start their career in marketing and sales. Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Marketing Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working in a retail environment, interacting directly with customers and learning effective marketing and sales techniques. Responsibilities: • Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge, promotional strategies, and sales techniques • Provide friendly, personalized customer service in a retail setting • Participate in in-store marketing events and promotional displays • Support the sales and marketing team with customer acquisition through direct interactions • Represent the company professionally and uphold our core values What We’re Looking For: • Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport with customers and work well in a team • Organized, adaptable, and driven to achieve goals • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
