As an Entry Level Sales and Customer Representative, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, lead generation, and business development while working directly with business customers and decision-makers. You’ll build relationships with potential customers, identify their needs, present relevant solutions, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to enrollment.

Entry Level Sales and Customer Representative Responsibilities:

Generate new sales leads by prospecting and engaging business owners, decision-makers, and potential customers through in-person outreach and other marketing channels
Be trained on sales techniques and apply effective techniques, including the SPIN sales approach, to uncover customer needs and present relevant solutions
Deliver clear sales presentations and explain available offers, promotions, pricing, and service options
Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process
Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and lead records
Meet individual sales goals, customer acquisition targets, and team performance objectives
Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales process
Participate in team meetings, sales training, and professional development activities

Entry Level Sales and Customer Representative Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, marketing, hospitality, or business development is helpful but not required
Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach to customer interactions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
