Entry Level Sales and Marketing Specialist

Our mission is to connect customers with the right products and services through face-to-face sales and personalized service in retail partner locations. You may also work with water distribution products and services, including water filtration systems, bottled water delivery subscriptions, residential water softeners, and water purification solutions. We are looking for a Full-Time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Your client account (telecommunications or water distribution) will be assigned during the hiring process based on where you are the best fit. Compensation & Schedule • Pay Structure: Base pay + commission (Yearly OTE: $58,000–$72,000) • Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Employee • Schedule: 4 weekdays (Mon–Fri) + 1 weekend day per week • Paid Time Off: Unlimited PTO with management approval
