Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative

About Elite Breakout Inc This is an entry-level, in-person marketing role with a focus on customer engagement, product education, and sales support inside established retail environments. Responsibilities • Attend daily morning meetings at the Saginaw office for coaching, training, and team collaboration • Travel to assigned retail locations in the Saginaw area to represent client products and services • Engage customers in conversation to explain features, benefits, and promotions • Deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through the buying process • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and performance metrics • Learn marketing and sales strategies to prepare for future leadership opportunities • Employment Type: Full-time W-2 position (not 1099 or contract-based). Qualifications – Minimum Requirements • Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable transportation to both the Saginaw office and local retail locations • Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with customers in a busy retail setting
