From your first day, you’ll receive paid training and mentorship to help you build a strong foundation in marketing and sales. You’ll represent respected brands, engage directly with customers, and contribute to company success while developing valuable professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Interact face-to-face with customers in retail settings to promote products and services
Communicate product features and benefits clearly and professionally
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Participate in training sessions to develop marketing, communication, and sales skills
Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required)
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, goal-oriented, and motivated to learn
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
