North Star Marketing Agency is hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to join our Brookfield team.

Perfect for recent graduates, first-time professionals, or individuals ready to kick-start their careers! This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on experience in sales and marketing, professional development, and the chance to build valuable skills from the ground up. No prior professional experience required!

You’ll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail partner locations while representing consumer products, services, and promotional campaigns for national and retail brand partners.

What You’ll Do

Connect with customers face-to-face inside retail locations
Introduce products, services, and promotional offers
Answer customer questions and provide product information
Learn sales, customer acquisition, and brand representation
Build positive customer relationships
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and coaching
