Brand Strategy – Develop a brand strategy to position and develop our brands in a way that differentiates and drives growth Loyalty and Customer Experience - Increase customer traction by providing the seamless experience they want. Pricing Strategy - Develop an optimal initial pricing framework and sales incentives, monitor and maintain ongoing benefits from an analytical pricing framework informed by customers, market conditions and the competitive environment. Stimulate sales and strengthen market positioning through a strategic view of the marketing mix that effectively ties in sales and product strategy.
