Summary Responsible for all day to day, digital marketing. Digital Analytics • Utilize Search Engine Optimization to gain site traffic and track by source • Track customer engagement • Identify and increase Click Through rate Internal Communication & Coordination • Ensure all relevant departments are aligned with brand strategies External Communication & Coordination • Ensure all external partners on aligned with brand strategies Marketing Budget • Ensure all digital marketing strategies remain within budget as established by Erik’s CFO Apply Now For The Digital Marketing Manager Position! Experience Requirements SEO • In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and ability to execute them • Experience using SEO tools to monitor/track key SEO metrics and ability to turn insights into action Email Marketing • Understand value of Customer Segmentation, and some experience with Audience Segmentation • Experience reviewing and acting on key email metrics • Previous experience with Enterprise Level Email Marketing Platform Google Analytics • Previous Experience working within Google Analytics • Knowledge of Key Metrics to track within GA and turning those insights into action • Ability to create custom reports/dashboards • Experience with GA4 a big plus! Google Adwords • Previous experience with managing Google Adwords accounts is a plus • Thorough understanding of the various campaign types available within Google Adwords • Experience managing/overseeing Google Shopping campaigns • Knowledge of Key Metrics to track in Google Adwords Accounts and turning those insights into action Social Media • Experience managing Brand Social Media Accounts – both Advertising and organic posting • Knowledge of Key Metrics to track in Social Media Accounts and turning those insights into action UX (User Experience) Tools • Experience using 3rd Party Tools to track and improve UX on websites • Ability to source, vet and onboard new 3rd Party Tools Apply Now For The Digital Marketing Manager Position!
