Ideal Candidate would: \\- Be very good at their job and have little to no "baggage" (i.e. missing days once a job has started, continuous draw requests) \\- Have a Truck (No Cars) and all Tools needed (Wet Saw, Drills, Shop Vac; a "break"/scaffolding for Siders etc) \\- Have a Helper (needed on most jobs) \\- Have personal savings (So jobs don't get "upside down" because any particular job is overdrawn). Also, if you have a Website with job photos that would be helpful. These are subcontracted jobs- you will still be able to do your own work unless you don't have anything else and want continuous work. If you enjoy your work but don't like the sales part of it this is for you.
