Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and daily event activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and contributing to a professional and engaging event environment.

Responsibilities

* Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
* Help with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
* Welcome attendees and provide a friendly first impression.
* Communicate information about products, services, and promotions.
* Answer attendee questions and provide helpful information.
* Assist with promotional displays, materials, and event supplies.
* Support customer outreach and lead generation activities.
* Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event area.
* Assist team members with daily event activities and responsibilities.
* Support follow-up activities with customers and prospective customers.
* Help ensure promotional materials and supplies are properly organized.
* Work collaboratively with the team to support successful events.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, energetic, and professional personality.
* Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Previous event, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
