Marketing Event Coordinator The Marketing Event Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events and trade shows that promote the Famous Supply brand and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in event coordination, trade show logistics, and cross-functional marketing support. Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, regional trade shows, customer events, and internal company events aligned with marketing initiatives and business objectives • Support event logistics including event timelines, venue coordination, materials, shipping, and on-site event execution • Help manage event project plans, task lists, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met Vendor & Logistics Management • Coordinate with venues, vendors, and service providers to secure event services and track deliverables • Assist with event materials, booth logistics, signage, promotional items, and shipping coordination for trade shows and events • Ensure all event requirements are met for successful event delivery Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, sales, purchasing, and operations teams to coordinate event promotions, communications, and materials • Ensure event messaging and promotional materials are delivered accurately and on schedule Event Execution • Provide on-site support at trade shows and corporate events, assisting with booth setup, event logistics, and attendee engagement • Represent Famous Supply professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and associates Budget & Administrative Support • Assist with event budget tracking and documentation • Support marketing co-op activities, including invoice processing and vendor documentation • Maintain organized records for event planning, vendor communication, and project tracking Post-Event Analysis • Assist with post-event reporting, metrics tracking, and recommendations to improve future events Qualifications • Associate’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field • 2–3 years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, or a related field • Experience assisting with event planning, trade shows, or project coordination • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks • Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external vendors Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a detail-driven event coordinator who enjoys organizing logistics and ensuring events run smoothly behind the scenes.
