Event Coordinator, Marketing ​/ Advertising ​/ PR

This position is on‑site within our Development Office.What You’ll Be Doing Day To DaySupport the full lifecycle of organizational events, from initial concept and timeline development to on‑site execution and post‑event reporting.Assist with coordinating venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment needs with vendors to ensure seamless day‑of operations.Partner with the Communications and Marketing teams to execute digital promotions, social media campaigns, and staff/volunteer outreach.Assist with maintaining detailed task trackers, run‑of‑show documents, registration lists, and supply inventories.Provide hands‑on event support with guest check‑in, vendor oversight, and real‑time troubleshooting.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure events align with agency goals, specifically focusing on community engagement for veterans and their families.Provide support to the Development team and perform other duties as assigned to support organizational growth.What You Must HaveA bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. Master's Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of successful event experience.
