Event Marketer - Team Lead

The successful candidates chosen for this position will speak with prospective customers at festivals, home shows and fairs located in and around the greater Spokane area and set up appointments for our talented design consultants to come visit the customer in their home and discuss window and patio door replacement. Assists in the daily management of events team with a hands-on approach, provides motivation and coaching to help the team reach daily, weekly and monthly goals Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail or in person on neighborhoods and cities where Renewal by Andersen’s products and services can be demonstrated with the intent of generating qualified leads and appointments Coordinate with the marketing department to assist with local implementation and tracking of other corporate marketing initiatives Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
