Event Marketing Assistant

We are currently hiring an Event Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing and sales team. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training. Responsibilities • Represent client brands at promotional events and retail locations • Engage with customers to explain products, services, and promotions • Assist with customer acquisitions and sales during marketing campaigns • Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service • Help set up and break down event displays and marketing materials • Track customer interactions and campaign results • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to meet weekly goals Qualifications • Strong communication and people skills • Comfortable speaking with customers in person • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States What We Offer • Weekly base pay of $400–$600 plus performance bonuses • Paid training in marketing, sales, and customer acquisition • Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles • Hands-on experience working with national brands • Supportive, team-oriented work environment
