Event Marketing Assistant

We’re currently expanding and looking for enthusiastic Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends sales, promotional marketing, and brand representation—perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and are motivated to grow professionally.

Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

Promote and sell client products and services at community events and partnered retail locations
Engage customers in friendly, face-to-face conversations to educate them on available offerings
Build rapport with potential customers and help match them with solutions that fit their needs
Clearly communicate product features, promotions, and service options
Assist customers with basic enrollment or order steps when applicable
Distribute branded materials and maintain a polished, professional presence
Track customer interactions and follow compliance guidelines
Work closely with team members to support daily sales and outreach goals

Event Marketing Assistant Requirements

Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or college coursework preferred (not required)
Positive attitude with strong people and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships
Self-motivated with a desire to learn sales and marketing fundamentals
Customer service, sales, or promotional experience is a plus (not required — full training provided)
Coachable and excited to grow in a team-driven environment
