Event Marketing Assistant

We are hiring a full-time Event Marketing Assistant to support in-person marketing campaigns inside retail locations and at local events. Set up and maintain marketing displays and promotional materials at retail locations and events Speak with customers to provide information about products, services, and current promotions Represent client brands in a professional and customer-focused manner Assist with executing marketing campaigns and tracking customer engagement Support team leads and managers with daily campaign tasks Help train new team members on basic responsibilities (after training is completed) Contribute to overall sales goals through customer interactions Must be located in the Cleveland, OH area or able to commute daily Full-time availability (this is not a part-time or remote role) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation to and from assigned locations Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail/event environment Paid, hands-on training Opportunities for advancement based on performance Weekly pay with additional performance-based incentives Team-based work environment Experience in customer service, sales, and marketing This position involves working inside retail stores and event spaces, interacting with customers face-to-face This is a direct sales and marketing role; compensation may include performance-based incentives Travel to different local event or retail locations may be required
