Event Marketing Associate

Job Summary We are hiring a full-time Event Marketing Associate to support and execute face-to-face marketing campaigns in the Louisville area. This is an in-person position focused on live event promotions and direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities • Represent client brands at live retail and community events • Engage directly with customers to explain current promotions and services • Assist customers with account sign-ups and enrollment processes during events • Support sales goals and track daily performance metrics • Set up and break down promotional event materials • Maintain professional and accurate brand messaging Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a face-to-face marketing and sales environment • Ability to work full-time, including some weekends • Reliable transportation within the Louisville area • Authorized to work in the United States Employment Type • Full-Time W2 Employee • 30–40 hours per week • Not an independent contractor
