Rapid Growth Marketing is hiring Entry Level Event Marketing Manager in Portland to represent LeafFilter Gutter Guard — America’s #1 rated gutter protection system — at high-traffic retail locations. No door-to-door. No cold calls. Just real conversations with real customers indoors.

What You’ll Do

Set up and manage a branded LeafFilter booth at retail locations throughout Portland
Engage shoppers naturally, educate homeowners on gutter protection solutions, and close sales
Maintain a sharp, professional display that reflects the LeafFilter brand standard
Hit daily and weekly targets and report results to your team lead

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging new people every day
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
No experience required — full paid training from day one

Compensation

$16.30/hour base pay — full-time W2.

Estimated weekly earnings: $800–$1,200 based on performance. Weekly bonuses for top performers. Paid weekly.

Work Location

In-person at retail locations throughout Portland, OR. No remote, no door-to-door. Immediate start available.
