At Passanante’s Home Food Service, we’re looking for high-energy Event Marketing Representatives who love meeting new people, creating excitement, and helping families discover healthier, all-natural food products at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.
This is a fun, fast-paced position where personality matters, hustle gets rewarded, and no two weekends are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Bringing positive energy and attracting people to the booth
Talking with event attendees and generating quality leads
Setting appointments and helping create real results
Preparing and serving food samples
Keeping displays clean, organized, and inviting
Setting up and breaking down event materials
Representing the brand with confidence, professionalism, and personality
Who We’re Looking For:
People who LOVE talking to others and can connect with anyone
Self-starters who stay upbeat and productive — even during slower moments
Reliable team players who show up on time and ready to go
Comfortable standing and staying active throughout events
Flexible and open to traveling within your territory (up to 2 hours — travel pay included!)
Someone who enjoys being out and about instead of stuck behind a desk
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, smartphone with GPS, and computer access
Extra Ways to Earn:
$25 setup bonus + $25 takedown bonus per event
Travel pay at $15/hour (one-way flat rate)
Weekly bonuses for leads, appointments, and sales
$25 bonus for approved new event finds
Referral bonuses and additional incentives
Quarterly food bonus after 6 months
